The Ysabel Collections owner is from Germany with a degree in Interior Designer.
The Collections are hand made from her and company.
They from her original unique design‘s and Ideas.
Each of the creations in this web side are unique in that they are individuality created by hand, one at the time. The majority of our creations, they not be duplicate.
If you would like us to duplicate any our creation. Only you need to do is contact us. Per email or mail and tell us your color and maybe other information’s (like for what occasion is the order).

Shipping Policy:
At Ysabel Collections, the cost of the shipping and Taxes are not included in the sale price.
If they are special order will add cost or is only other wise.
However, we are very willing to ship to your destination for an additional fee. All items purchased through this web site will be shipped insured unless otherwise is inform. We do recommended that your shipment is insured, you are purchasing a high quality and fragile item.
If you decide to purchase an item that you see it on the web site, this products will shipped to you as you see it on Ysabel collection.com.
We will deliver the item to the UPS or Postal Office store near us for them to deliver to you. If you would like more information about our shipping policy, contact us at ysabelcollection@yahoo.com with you concern and please name, address, email or phone where we can reach you and the order Account number and we will be happy to discuss your concerns with you. All order need to be paid in advance. And we will contact you to let you know we recived. All deliver will take 3 to 4 weeks or will send to date agreement.
