The Ysabel Collections owner is from Germany with a degree in Interior Designer. The Collections are hand made from our company and are all unique design. Each of the product creations that you see on this web site are unique in that they are individuality created by hand, one at the time. The majority of our creations they are no duplicates. If you would like us to duplicate any our creation design that you like. Only you need is contact us. Per email, mail, or per phone.

Shipping Policy:
At Ysabel Collections, the cost of the shipping is not included in the purchase price of your hand made order, only if other wise say on the products direct. However, we are very willing to ship to your destination for an additional fee equal shipping cost. Al items purchased through this web site will be shipped insured unless otherwise directed. We do recommended that your shipment is insured, you are purchasing a high quality and fragile item. If you decide to purchase an item that you see it on the web site, this will be the actual item you will receive. This products will shipped to you as you see it on Ysabel collection.com we will deliver the item to the UPS or Postal Office store near us for them to deliver to you. If you would like more information about our shipping policy, contact us at virtginia@yahoo.com or ysabelcollection@yahoo.com and we will be happy to discuss your concerns with you. All order need to be paid in advance. And we will contact you to let you know we revived. All deliver will take 3 to 4 weeks.
